Branding, colors & logo

Updated 2026-09-30 · 2 min read

Your booking page is often a client's first impression, so make it look like your business rather than a generic form. The look is set in two places: the Embed & API page for the booking page itself, and Public listing for your logo and images.

Colors, theme and text#

  1. Open Embed & API from the sidebar.
  2. Under Customize the booking widget, choose your Brand color, a Theme (Light, Dark or Auto) and a Layout (Month, Week or Column).
  3. In Dedicated booking page, turn on Show business logo and, if you like, add a Page headline and Page subtext to greet clients.
  4. Add a Closed / holiday message if you want a friendly note when no times are available (for example while you are on holiday).
  5. Watch the Live preview, then click Save. Nothing changes for clients until you save.

Your logo comes from Settings → Public listing. Upload a Brand logo there, plus a Cover image and a Gallery if you want a richer public profile. The same logo appears on your booking page, your public profile and your emails. See Your public profile & Discover listing.

Words your clients see#

In Settings → Business info, the Service terminology and Staff terminology fields let you replace the generic "service" and "staff" with your own words, such as treatment and therapist. The booking page uses them in both English and French.

Invoices#

Invoices have their own visual designer on the Invoices page. Reuse the same colors and logo so every touchpoint feels like one brand; see Customize invoice styling.

Next#

Choose how the booking steps behave in Online booking settings, then share or embed your booking link.
