Connect a payment processor
To take deposits online, sell packages and gift cards, or let clients pay an invoice by card, connect your own payment processor account. Payments go straight to your account: Lorenly never holds your money. Until a processor is connected, bookings simply confirm without a payment.
Connect Stripe#
- Go to Settings → Connect accounts and find the Payments section.
- On the Stripe card, open Or enter API keys manually and paste your Secret key and Publishable key from your Stripe dashboard. Deposits need both keys. (If Connect with Stripe works for your account, you can sign in to Stripe from that button instead.)
- Choose Test connection to check the keys.
When you save your own Stripe key, Lorenly sets up the Stripe webhook for you, so refunds, package and membership payments reach Lorenly without extra steps. The card shows the webhook as active; if it is missing, press Repair.
Connect Payrexx (TWINT)#
Payrexx takes TWINT, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, paid straight to your own Payrexx account.
- Sign in to Payrexx (or create an account). Your instance name is the first
part of your Payrexx address: the
xxxxxinxxxxx.payrexx.com, nothing else. - In Payrexx, go to Integrations → API & Plugins → API Keys and create or copy an API key.
- In Lorenly, go to Settings → Connect accounts, open the Payrexx card, paste the instance name and the API key, then choose Test connection.
- Back in Payrexx, add a webhook under Integrations → API & Plugins → Webhooks with the Webhook URL shown on the Payrexx card. Set the type to JSON and tick the Transaction event. This confirms paid bookings automatically.
- Leave the Webhook signing key field empty: Lorenly checks every payment directly with Payrexx.
Connect Mollie#
Mollie takes cards, TWINT and other local payment methods, paid straight to your own Mollie account.
- Create a Mollie account and complete its verification, which Mollie needs before you can take real payments.
- In the Mollie dashboard, go to Developers → API keys and copy a key: the
test key (starting with
test_) to try it, or the live key (live_) to take real payments. - In Lorenly, go to Settings → Connect accounts, open the Mollie card, paste the key and choose Test connection. There is no webhook to set up.
Choose the payment gateway#
The Payment gateway card at the top of the Payments section lists the processors available for your account (Stripe, Payrexx and Mollie) and which one new bookings are charged through. Select the one you want; you can switch at any time, and each processor keeps its own saved keys. Other processors appear here once they are available for your account.
The card warns you when something would stop a deposit from being collected: no active gateway, an active gateway without keys, or a default deposit of 0%.
Once connected#
- Set how much clients pay at booking in Require a deposit.
- See what each client paid on the booking: Deposit paid, balance due & paid in full.
- Refunds you make in your processor update the booking automatically: see Review & refund payments.
Troubleshooting#
If payments fail after connecting, check in your processor's dashboard that the account is not restricted or waiting for verification. That status is set by the processor, not by Lorenly.
