Sync with Google & Apple Calendar
See your Lorenly appointments in the calendar you already use, and stop personal events from being double-booked. Everything lives in Settings → Calendar sync.
Two-way sync with Google Calendar#
With two-way sync, your bookings are added to your Google Calendar automatically, and times when you are busy in Google are blocked in Lorenly so clients cannot book over them.
- Go to Settings → Calendar sync.
- In Two-way sync (Google Calendar), find your own name and choose Connect Google Calendar.
- Sign in to Google and allow access.
Each person connects their own Google account; nobody can connect someone else's. The row then shows Connected and the time of the Last sync. If Google asks for permission again, you see Reconnect needed: choose Reconnect.
Disconnect stops the sync and removes the events Lorenly created in Google. If the connect button is not offered, two-way sync is not yet available on your account; use the subscribe link below.
One-way subscribe link (any calendar app)#
For Apple Calendar, Outlook or any other app, give each team member a private link that shows their own upcoming appointments.
- In One-way subscribe link, choose Generate link next to the person.
- Copy the link and add it as a subscribed calendar in their app.
The calendar app refreshes it on its own schedule, so changes can take a while to appear. This link does not block busy times in Lorenly.
Treat the link like a password: anyone who has it can see that person's schedule. If it leaks, choose Rotate for a new link, or Revoke to turn it off.
Good to know#
Manage appointments in Lorenly, not in your calendar app, so payments, reminders and client records stay correct. For time off, use Block off time.
