Offer add-ons

Updated 2026-09-30 · 2 min read

Add-ons are optional extras a client can add to a service when booking: a scalp massage with a blow-dry, a paraffin treatment with a manicure. They add to the price and, if you want, to the length of the appointment.

Create an add-on#

  1. Go to Settings → Add-ons and choose New add-on.
  2. Enter the Name, the Price and any Extra minutes it needs.
  3. Leave Active on so clients can pick it.
  4. Save.

Choose where it is offered#

An add-on only shows on the services you attach it to.

  1. Open the add-on and go to Attach to.
  2. Tick whole categories (every service in them, including ones you add later) or individual services.
  3. Choose Save attachments.

Each add-on shows how many categories and services it is attached to, so you can check its reach at a glance.

At booking#

When a client picks a service with add-ons, the eligible extras are offered. Each one they choose is added to the total and, if it has extra minutes, to how long the appointment blocks the calendar.

You can also add an add-on to an existing booking from the console; the booking is re-priced automatically.

Pause or remove an add-on#

Turn Active off to stop offering an add-on without losing it, or choose Delete to remove it for good.

Add-on or package?#

An add-on is a small extra on top of one appointment. A package is a prepaid bundle of sessions or services. See Sell packages.
