Sell packages
A package is a prepaid bundle of sessions, for example "6 facials", that a client buys once and uses over several visits. Packages live on the Packages & gift cards page, also available in the mobile app. If you don't see it, your plan may not include it.
Create a package#
- Go to Packages & gift cards and choose New.
- Under Kind, pick Session bundle (for a gift card, see Sell & redeem gift cards).
- Enter a Title, the Price and the Total appointments it covers.
- Under Redeemable for, pick the services it covers and how many of each. Tick any add-ons that are included under Add-on coverage; others are paid at booking.
- Optionally set a Category, Description, Validity (days) after purchase and a Sort order.
- Choose the Access: Public (listed and buyable online), Private (hidden from the list, the direct link still works) or Unavailable (no new purchases; existing codes stay valid).
- Choose Create package.
How clients buy and use it#
Public packages are shown on your public profile, where clients pay online through your connected processor. Each purchase creates a personal code that holds the remaining sessions. The client enters it when booking online, or staff apply it to the booking, see Pay off a booking with a coupon or gift card code. Bookings paid with a package show a package icon on the calendar.
Issue one yourself#
To give a package sold in person, open it and use Generate new code under Certificate codes. Add the recipient's name and email and tick Email the code to the recipient if you want Lorenly to send it. Every issued code is listed with the appointments left and its expiry.
Track purchases#
Package purchases lists every purchase with the buyer, the origin (Self-purchased, Staff-issued or Imported), the price and the code.
