A discount without limits can be shared far beyond the clients it was meant for. Beauty Art Pro uses limits on most of its codes: which services they cover, how many times they work and until when. The rules are checked at the payment step, so no one at the front desk has to remember them.
The setup at Beauty Art Pro
- Around 260 coupons, most of them brought over from the previous booking tool with their codes unchanged.
- More than 100 are limited to specific services or categories.
- More than 100 have a cap on total uses, and some work only once per email address.
- Close to 60 have an expiry date, so seasonal offers end on their own.
- Every use is recorded, with more than 300 redemptions so far.

Set it up in Lorenly
- Go to Coupons and choose New.
- Add a Description and use Generate code to create a code that is hard to guess.
- Pick the Discount type, Percentage or Fixed amount, and its value.
- Set the limits: Total uses, Uses per email, Expires and Applies to.
- Make sure Active is on and save.
What the client sees
The client types the code at the payment step on your booking page. If the code does not cover the chosen service, has expired or has been used up, it is refused before payment. Staff can apply the same code to a booking, a sale or an invoice.
All coupon options are in Create & apply coupon codes.
