MindfulnessFabriek Zaandam Zaanstad offers online mindfulness and compassion training that participants can take from home. The training focuses on dealing with stress, emotions and difficult thoughts.

Training

The official MBSR training consists of eight online meetings with exercises, theory and sharing experiences. The compassion training is a follow-up course with eight two-hour sessions, every other week.

Reimbursement
