Psychotherapie & Z is a practice for psychotherapy and psychological assessment in Woerden. The practice offers psychotherapy, psychological assessment, supervision and personal therapy as part of training.

Supervision is available for MBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychological diagnostics. Personal therapy is offered to colleagues in various training programmes and from a psychodynamic framework.

Approach

The approach is psychodynamically oriented. In conversations, the practice works with the client to explore how problems operate and relate to experiences and patterns.

About the practitioner

Sandra Huiskamp is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and neuropsychologist. She works in basic and specialist mental health care and has specialised mainly in personality problems and psychological assessment in adults.
