Body-oriented psychotherapy

This form of psychotherapy is based on the connection between body and mind and the ties between people. In addition to conversations, exercises involving breathing, movement and sound may be used.

Relationship counselling

Relationship counselling focuses on communication, trust and intimacy. Walter Goeting can also support couples who have decided to separate in bringing the relationship to a loving and harmonious close.

Family constellations

Beforehand, the person bringing a topic has an introductory phone call with the counsellor. They explain the question and discuss information about the family system.

Approach

The counselling starts with an introductory meeting to discuss the reason for seeking help and consider whether this form of therapy is suitable. Sessions focus on experiencing things in the here and now.
