Pilates

The basic mat classes consist of standing, seated and lying exercises. The class includes basic posture, a warm-up, stabilization, dynamic strength exercises, stretching and relaxation.

Practical information

Classes take place in a private Pilates studio in Wageningen, with space for six participants per group. Groups are currently full; you can join the waiting list by email. A trial class can be arranged.
