Zelfliefde.PRO is a self-love therapy practice in Wageningen. Support consists of one-to-one sessions, online or at the practice, focused on connecting with the subconscious and working through limiting patterns.

Self-love therapy

The support focuses on patterns from childhood, family patterns and survival mechanisms that can continue into adult life. Sessions work with the subconscious and visualisations.

Approach

At the first session, Desirée asks questions to get a picture of the client and their background. This is followed by a visualisation; later sessions also largely consist of visualisations and respond to what comes up.

Sessions and appointments

The practice offers a five-session programme and individual sessions for an introduction or follow-up. Sessions are by appointment and can take place online or at the practice.
