Onbekommerd Onderweg

About Onbekommerd Onderweg

Onbekommerd Onderweg is a practice for integrative (nature) coaching and psychotherapy in Vlaardingen. Colette van der Heiden offers personal coaching and therapy to Christian women who are tired and overburdened.

Services

There are individual sessions and programmes for those seeking greater insight, space and freedom. Coaching and therapy can take place at the practice, in nature, at the client’s home or partly online.

• Insight session
• Free from Expectations
• Onbekommerd Onderweg therapeutic coaching programme

Approach

The support addresses the mind, heart and body. A session or programme is tailored to the client’s request for help; Free from Expectations includes homework, an in-depth session in nature and an online session after a month.

Who it is for

The practice focuses on Christian women who are tired and overburdened and want to live more lightly. The support may be suitable for issues including worrying, low mood, exhaustion, tension, grief and loss, or when faith feels like a burden.

Practical information

The in-depth Free from Expectations session takes place in the Broekpolder in Vlaardingen and is scheduled by arrangement. The support is not covered by health insurance; in some cases, an employer may reimburse it.
