Sanne de Bruin is a systemic coach and family constellation facilitator in Vlaardingen and Maassluis. Through Rooted, she supports people with family constellations and systemic work to make patterns visible.

Approach

The Rooted program consists of steps tailored together to the process and the request for help. The support is experiential and includes in-person and online sessions.

• Introductory meeting via Zoom or by phone
• Systemic Insight session in person (90 minutes)
• Participate as a representative, unlimited for one year
• Your own constellation
• Online summary of the constellation
• Integration session in person (75 minutes)
• Support via WhatsApp; an additional online session if needed

Who it is for

Rooted is for people who keep falling back into patterns and are willing to look at the core. Everyone is welcome; Sanne mainly supports women and also men.

About Sanne

Before focusing fully on systemic work, Sanne worked for 16 years as an anesthetic assistant in the operating room. She brings that background to the way she observes and supports people.

Practical information

There are three start dates per year and the program has no fixed duration. An introductory meeting is without obligation; you can also participate as a representative without any further commitment.
