About ViaVink

ViaVink is a coaching and training practice in Utrecht. Annemieke Vink helps people with stress-related complaints, burnout, chronic conditions and return to work, and offers training courses and workshops.

Coaching and support

The coaching focuses on recovery from stress-related complaints and coping with chronic conditions. ViaVink also offers return-to-work programmes in the first, second and third track.

Training courses and workshops

ViaVink offers online courses and masterclasses, as well as a workshop about stress. The training course on experiential expertise is for people who want to use their experience of illness professionally.

Approach

The tailored approach may include mindfulness, ACT, voice dialogue, essence coaching and body-oriented exercises. Coaching for chronic complaints uses conversations, body-oriented methods, systemic constellations and exercises.
