The practice provides care within the Generalist Basic Mental Health Care (Dutch primary mental health care) and works with adults and young people. Family members or a partner can be involved in individual treatment if desired.

Relationship and family systems therapy

Relationship therapy is intended for couples in a romantic relationship. Family systems therapy and sessions can also focus on family relationships or other important relationships.

Individual treatment

Individual treatment is brief and focused on specific concerns, usually five to ten sessions of 45 minutes. The practice treats issues including anxiety, stress, trauma, mood problems and relationship difficulties.
