Approach

The conversations focus on understanding what is going on and translating insights into behaviour. This can be a single conversation or a programme of usually five conversations; there are reflection questions beforehand and a research assignment afterwards.

Practice and accessibility

Conversations take place during the day on weekdays, at the practice or by video. The practice room has natural light and parking right outside.

Adriaan Gijsberts follows the professional code of the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (Dutch Institute of Psychologists). What clients discuss stays at the practice; there is no diagnosis or file with a health insurer.
