Bodyfit

Bodyfit is an intense workout to music with a warm-up, conditioning, floor exercises and a cool-down. The class focuses on muscles, flexibility, strength and fitness.

Pilates

Pilates consists of strength and stretching exercises that work, among other things, the deep abdominal and back muscles, inner thighs and gluteal muscles. The class is intended for men and women, young and old, from top athletes to beginners.

About the owner

Margreeth van der Sande is the owner and has worked in sports for more than 27 years. She is a Classical Pilates teacher, Spinning instructor and sports instructor.
