LEF is a training and coaching company in Rotterdam. It offers outdoor fitness and online coaching for physical and mental energy in everyday life.

Offerings

LEF offers training for individuals, groups, clubs, and organizations.

• Outdoor fitness: personal, in groups, and for clubs
• Nutrition coaching
• Personal training, outdoors and indoors
• Workshops and training for organizations
• Preventive medical examination (PMO) for organizations

Group training

Group training sessions focus on getting or staying fit, enjoyment, and socializing. A group has a maximum of 12 people; the exercises train the whole body.

Approach

Personal training and nutrition coaching are based on individual goals and a personal plan. The coaching focuses on making changes and maintaining them.

Training locations

Training can take place outdoors, in a gym, or at home. There are no travel costs for at-home training within 5 kilometers.

Workshops

The Stress & Adem workshop covers stress, relaxation, and breathing with awareness. Participants try exercises and receive practical tips for everyday life.
