About iD-therapy

iD-therapy is a coaching and training practice in Rotterdam for veterinary clinics and healthcare professionals. Its services include emergency training, human skills, change programmes and individual support.

For veterinary clinics

iD-therapy provides in-company training and coaching for veterinary clinics, including a two-day course on emergency care and human skills. The training can take place at the clinic, with its own team or with nearby practices.

Emergency training content

The two-day course combines a medical foundation with human skills. There is room for practical cases, and participants create a personal action plan.

Individual support

Ieva supports individual employees preventively or when they are (at risk of becoming) overburdened. The coaching is tailored to the employee's situation and can be combined with therapy where needed.

About the trainer

Ieva is a veterinarian, coach and trainer. She worked as an emergency veterinarian and programme manager for Zorg voor Spoed and supported veterinarians and paravets.
