Focus Diëtistenpraktijk provides nutrition, diet and lifestyle guidance in Rotterdam and the surrounding region. The dietitians support clients with individual diet questions, illness and lifestyle changes.

Guidance

The practice provides tailored individual dietary guidance, a lifestyle program (GLI (Dutch Combined Lifestyle Intervention)) and a 12-week program that can be followed remotely. Guidance is also available by phone or video call or, near a practice location, through a home visit.

The guidance is based on scientific evidence and experience. Alongside nutrition, attention is given to exercise, relaxation and personal motivations; the practice works with other professionals.

Reimbursement and fees

According to the practice, three hours of dietary advice are reimbursed through the basic health insurance. Additional reimbursement may be available; the amount varies by health insurer. Consultations are billed in 15-minute increments.
