Psychotherapie De Boog offers short-term body-oriented psychotherapy in Nijmegen. The sessions focus on rational, physical, mental and emotional blocks.

Approach

The sessions involve more than talking: attention is paid to what someone feels and experiences, as well as to exercises and other interventions. Sessions usually take place once every two weeks; the number depends on the support need and is generally fewer than 15.

Sessions

Individual therapy, couples therapy and coaching are available. Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes; appointments and practice locations are arranged by phone and confirmed by email.

Practical information

Sessions must be paid for in cash afterwards. If someone cannot attend, sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
