Delsink psychotherapie is a practice in Nijmegen offering specialist mental health care and psychotherapy to adults and older people. Its methods include cognitive behavioural therapy, ACT, schema therapy and EMDR.

Treatment offered

The practice mainly focuses on more complex mental health problems and problems for which treatment in basic GGZ (Dutch basic mental health care) is insufficient. It has expertise in mood disorders, anxiety disorders and personality problems.

How it works

After registration, there is an introductory phone call, followed usually by two or three intake sessions. Treatment is evaluated regularly; where desired or more practical, a consultation can take place by phone or video call. Treatment can be supplemented with e-health modules.

Practical information

The practice is located at Professor Cornelissenstraat 2, on the first floor of OBG in Nijmegen. You can register using the registration form; a referral letter is required. The practice has contracts with some insurers and works without a contract with other insurers.

Crisis service and cover

Registered clients can contact the practice during office hours in a crisis. Outside office hours, the GP out-of-hours service can be contacted. The practice has regular cover providers when the therapist is away.
