About Kickboksen voor Vrouwen

Kickboxing for Women organizes kickboxing training sessions specifically for women at affiliated gyms. There is no location of its own in Monster; the nearest listed location is Martial Arts Center Den Haag.

Training

The sessions are for women and are held without spectators. There are group classes, morning classes and private lessons; private lessons are intended for beginners and advanced participants.

Equipment
