Approach

A programme starts with an intake to map out the situation, wishes and goals. This is followed by gaining insight, support and evaluation. The practice uses proven methods, including cognitive behavioural therapy, ACT and schema therapy, and offers exercises and eHealth modules.

For employers

Studio Inzicht offers preventive psychological support to companies, with subscriptions and a session card for small teams. Employees can have sessions online or in Hoorn.

Practical information

Individual programmes are offered in four-week periods. Studio Inzicht operates outside the regular mental health care system; support is not covered by basic or supplementary health insurance.
