Ultimate Flow

About Ultimate Flow

Ultimate Flow is the practice of Amal Babay, who works as a mentor and flow creator. She supports people in discovering their essence, letting go of old patterns and making choices that suit them.

Mentoring and support

Amal tailors her support to each person and does not use a fixed step-by-step plan or set tools. A session may involve a conversation, a systemic constellation or a moment of silence.
