Beleefkompas is a coaching practice for children, teenagers and families. Mercedes van Meurs supports children, teenagers and parents with issues including stress, anxiety, worries and high sensitivity.

Approach and techniques

In coaching, Mercedes uses EFT, breathing and visualisation exercises, and family constellations, among other techniques. With EFT, the coach and child tap together on meridian points on the upper body.
