Storteboom Shiatsu is a shiatsu practice in the historic HOF20 building in Haarlem. The practice offers shiatsu, coaching, mindfulness training and yoga classes; shiatsu courses and workshops are also available.

Shiatsu

Treatments consist of pressure and stretches. The practice lists relief from physical complaints, relaxation, inner calm and stability as results, and mentions stress-related complaints and recovery after burnout or depression.

Shiatsu course

The course consists of five lessons of two and a half hours on the five elements. Participants learn, among other things, self-massage, meridian stretches and how to apply shiatsu to themselves and others.
