SIB@rt offers coaching and massages. The coaching programme uses art, sound, movement, meditation, and touch for body-oriented self-exploration.

Coaching

The intensive transformation programme lasts 12 months and consists of 39 weeks of guidance spread over a year. The approach includes in-person half-day coaching sessions, private yoga and pilates, massages, Ankh healing sessions, and a creative day.

Massages and touch

The massage sessions are tailored to the body's signals and may include various types of massage, touch, and energy techniques. A session lasts one and a half to two hours and ends with tea and a treat.

Who it is for

The coaching programme is aimed, among others, at people with diagnoses such as HSP, HB, ADD, PDD-NOS, dyslexia, or NSP, people who have become stuck, and people coming out of a painful situation.
