Ik zie Jou! Kindercoaching is a child coaching practice in Dordrecht. The practice supports children aged 6 to 12 and their parents using creative activities, parent support and help with separation.

Approach

A programme consists of an intake meeting with both parents, at least seven sessions with the child, and evaluation meetings with the parents. Creative activities are used indoors and outdoors; dog Max can help with relaxation and trust.

About the coach

Christine Alblas has worked with children and completed training as a child and youth coach and in supporting children in separation situations. Parents are involved, and the teacher can also be involved where helpful.

Practical information

The practice is at Beekenstein in Dordrecht. A session lasts 50 minutes; parents can join for the last ten minutes.
