About ETNA Kindercoaching

ETNA Kindercoaching is a child coaching practice in Dordrecht. The support helps children discover their strengths and inner strength and deal with feelings and challenges.

Child coaching

The practical, positive and solution-focused support centers on the child’s development of awareness. Together, they look at strengths, talents, thoughts and feelings.

• Individual support for children and young people
• Support for parents using the Present Child method
• Support at school for pupils with a social and emotional support need

Strength training courses

In small groups, children work on self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-confidence. The courses use games and creative activities.

Approach

After contact by phone or email, an introductory meeting follows with the parent(s) and child. After about three to five appointments, they review how things are going and whether further help is needed.

• Active: movement indoors or outdoors in nature
• Creative: drawing, modeling with clay, painting, dancing, acting, making music or playing a game
• Cognitive: talking and writing

Practical information

Support preferably takes place in Anja’s log cabin. On request, support can also take place at school if a suitable room is available.
