De Hoop GGZ provides care in places including Dordrecht for children, young people and adults with mental health or addiction problems. The organisation helps clients on the path to recovery and a new life.

Care and treatment

De Hoop provides outpatient care in the form of conversations and inpatient treatment at a clinic. An inpatient stay usually lasts eight to twelve weeks; some treatment can take place by video call.

Registration and practical information

Registration for treatment is through a referrer, usually the family doctor. After receiving and reviewing the referral, the client receives an invitation to complete an online registration form.

Approach

De Hoop works from a Christian conviction, but clients do not have to be religious themselves. Clients decide for themselves whether they want to engage with faith.
