Guidance

Guidance consists of personal training sessions, a tailored plan and weekly progress checks via WhatsApp.

Intake and approach

The no-obligation intake lasts one hour. Lifestyle, training history, technique and capacity are discussed, followed by a concrete plan.

Programs

The programs offer one, two, three or up to four training sessions per week. The 3-month program has a minimum duration of 12 weeks; the flexible program can be cancelled per four-week period.

• The Basic Plan: 1 training session per week
• The Progress Plan: 2 training sessions per week
• The Results Plan: 3 training sessions per week
• The VIP Executive Plan: up to 4 training sessions per week

Location and access

All training sessions take place at Basic-Fit Den Haag De Werf. A valid Basic-Fit membership is required to access the club.

Practical information

Payment is made in advance per four-week period, by invoice or in cash. A session must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to discuss a make-up session.

• The 1-hour intake is free and carries no obligation
• If cancelled within 24 hours, the session is forfeited
• Unused or unscheduled sessions cannot be carried over to the next period
