About Scherp op Teamgedrag

Scherp op Teamgedrag supports management teams and teams within organizations with team interventions focused on behavior and collaboration. The interventions take place outside the daily work environment and can be carried out with horses.

Team coaching

The interventions make clear which behaviors speed up or slow down collaboration. The team translates the insights into concrete agreements; the format and follow-up are tailored to the support needed.
