How it works

You can register by telephone, WhatsApp or email. After a free telephone screening, if both parties are positive, an intake follows. A referral letter from a GP or another specialist is required for the intake.

• The intake usually takes two conversations.
• The current waiting time is about 16 weeks. Treatment can begin immediately afterwards.

Location

The starting point is at Stouwdreef in the Mastbos in Breda. Treatment takes place outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.

Reimbursement and payment

The practice works partly with healthcare contracts and partly without contracts. With insurers other than the named contracted insurers, part of the treatment is reimbursed; the client pays the remainder.

• For 2026, the practice lists contracts with CZ, DSW, Zorg en Zekerheid, ASR and VGZ.
• For 2027, the practice lists contracts with DSW, VGZ, ASR, CZ and Zorg en Zekerheid.
• The client pays the monthly invoice and can then submit it to the health insurer.

Cancellations

An appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance by WhatsApp, email or telephone. If it is not cancelled or is cancelled too late, the full invoice will be charged; switching to a video call does not count as a no-show.
