Programmes for individuals

The programmes focus on calm, direction and connection with yourself. There are individual and group programmes, including both coaching and treatment with a referral.

• Group treatment with a referral: four outdoor sessions, maximum 8 participants

For healthcare professionals

Healthcare professionals can take part in activities to explore and apply working in nature in their work.

Approach

Chanine Mureau works outdoors in nature and connects science with feeling. Her work combines body-oriented work and ACT with her experience as a psychologist.

Practical information

Nature coaching consists of five outdoor sessions in the forest, each lasting an hour and a half. Walks are adapted to the client’s pace; sessions almost always go ahead, except in extreme or unsafe weather.
