Barbara offers individual coaching walks, an intensive programme and sessions in a labyrinth. She also gives the Out of your head, into your heart workshop.

Approach

After an introductory phone call, the first meeting takes place outdoors. The coaching takes place while walking in nature and helps identify and break through pitfalls and old patterns.

This programme consists of 19 sessions spread over six months. A Labyrintspiratie session is included in the final session.

Labyrinth and workshop

A Labyrintspiratie session can be booked for one person, two people or a group of up to eight people. The Out of your head, into your heart workshop lasts two and a half hours and uses a ‘soulfie’ to bring dreams, wishes, qualities and talents into view.
