Liberi Coaching B.V.

About Liberi Coaching B.V.

Liberi Coaching BV provides stress and burnout coaching in the Netherlands. Coaching takes place outdoors in nature as much as possible and focuses on recovery from stress symptoms and burnout.

Coaching

There are four main forms of coaching. After an informal, no-obligation conversation, they look at which coach and support suit the situation.

• Burnout coaching
• Stress coaching
• Preventive coaching
• Walking coaching

Approach

Support starts with an introductory conversation. This is followed by meeting a coach during a no-obligation walk; together, they decide what happens next.

• Call within 24 hours to discuss the situation and questions
• Find a suitable coach
• Plan an initial no-obligation walk

Who it is for

Liberi provides support for stress, anxiety, low mood, worrying, burnout and preventing people from having to stop work. Employers and business owners can also request support.

• People with stress or burnout symptoms
• Employees
• Employers
• Business owners

Method

Coaches combine coaching with walks in nature and use the Liberi Fasenplan (Liberi Phases Plan). Support is tailored to the individual and their goals.
