About Me time - by Emmie

Me time - by Emmie is a studio in Beek for yoga and Pilates. Classes take place weekly in small groups, indoors or outdoors.

Yoga

Emmie teaches yoga on Monday and Thursday evenings. The classes combine different yoga styles and are suitable for beginners and advanced students.

• Monday evening 19.00–20.00
• Thursday evening 18.45–19.45

Pilates

Betti teaches Pilates twice a week. The workout covers the whole body and takes place in a small group, with music.

• Thursday evening 20.00–21.00
• Sunday morning 9.00–10.00

About the studio

Emmie started in 2016; Betti has taught Pilates since 2020. Both work as occupational therapists and physiotherapists and also teach classes. The classes are small-scale, personal and not performance-focused.

• In spring and summer, classes are often held in the Beek park and woods.

Classes and payment

The first class is a free trial. After that, you can pay per class or buy a class pass; the pass is valid for six months and can be used for all classes.
