About Stichting Gym&Turnen Arnhem

Stichting Gym&Turnen Arnhem provides gymnastics and tumbling lessons in Arnhem and the municipality of Rheden. The programme includes lessons for children, adults, older people and organizations.

Classes

The foundation provides tumbling, gymnastics and exercise classes for different groups. It also offers classes in collaboration with schools and organizations.

GymFit on and behind the chair

The classes combine movement to music with muscle-strengthening, coordination and fitness exercises. They include balance, fall prevention, flexibility and memory exercises; participants take part at their own pace.

GymPlus

Under the name GymPlus, the foundation provides gymnastics lessons on behalf of primary schools or neighbourhood associations. This can also be a temporary replacement for a specialist subject teacher.

Trial lessons and registration

A trial lesson is free and carries no obligation. Participation is arranged using an authorization form, which is handed in to the instructor at the lesson location.
