Registration and intake

Registration is through the registration form and requires a referral from the GP. After screening, the client may be placed on the waiting list for the chosen location.

Practical information

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. E-health modules can be used while waiting and after treatment ends; when registering, the client gets access to the Bloom app.
