Physiotherapy

Physiotherapist Jessy works with complaints affecting the lower back, hip, knee, hamstring, groin, neck, shoulder and elbow. Treatment focuses on the cause and on recovery towards stronger and more stable movement.

Approach

Each training session is tailored to goals, pace and body. The trainers work with the physiotherapist when there are complaints or pain.
