DieetPlaneet Diemen offers guidance from dietitians and lifestyle coaches. Guidance can take place by video consultation or, if medically necessary, as a home visit.

Guidance

The dietitian discusses personally how many consultations are needed. Treatment also includes analysis of nutritional, dietary, medical and nursing data and preparing a personal dietary recommendation.

• Nutrition advice for vegetarianism, veganism, pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Nutrition for MS, cancer and sport

Approach

An intake consists of 55 to 60 minutes of consultation time. After the intake, an individual dietary prescription is prepared; follow-up consultations consist of 25 to 30 minutes of consultation time.

You can make an appointment through the online calendar. Guidance is also available by video consultation or as a home visit if medically necessary.

Reimbursement and registration

Consultations with the dietitian are reimbursed from the basic package when there is a medical indication. DieetPlaneet has a contract with every Dutch health insurer; the dietitians are registered in the Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici (Quality Register for Paramedical Professionals).

Changing or cancelling an appointment

An appointment can be changed or cancelled online, by email or by telephone. This must be done at least 24 hours in advance; missed appointments or appointments not changed in time will be charged.
