DieetPlaneet offers diet advice and lifestyle support in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Consultations are available at the practice, online, by phone, and at home when a medical reason makes it necessary.

Support

Dietitians and lifestyle coaches provide personal nutrition advice and a nutrition plan suited to goals, daily routines, culture, and eating habits. There is also a two-year GLI Beweegkuur programme (Dutch combined lifestyle intervention).

Culture and languages

The team takes account of cuisine, routine, family situation, taste preferences, and cultural background. Consultations in Zuidoost are in Dutch and English; other listed languages are available through the online multilingual team.

Appointments can take place at the practice or online. Support by phone is also available. Home visits are possible when a medical reason prevents a visit to the practice; a referral is required for this.
