Contortion Amsterdam offers targeted training in Amsterdam to improve flexibility. The training focuses on splits, backbends and shoulders, among other areas.

Training

The trainer mainly gives individual lessons and tailors the approach to each person. A session can be booked for one to three people.

• Developing flexibility
• Straddle and front splits
• Backbending and frontbending
• Shoulders

Approach

The trainer uses their hands to feel muscle tension, identify irregularities in muscles or joints and, where possible, address them. A session lasts about an hour and a half and ends with a relaxation exercise.
