TRICATS, Endurance Sports Training and Coaching offers triathlon coaching from Aalten. The coaching is aimed at endurance athletes and includes personalised training plans, evaluations and guidance through TrainingPeaks.

About the coach

Hans is a triathlete and triathlon coach and has been coaching athletes since 2006. He lists coaching courses with the Dutch Triathlon Association and the German Triathlon Union, and qualifications as an IronMan coach and TrainingPeaks Level 2 coach.

Coaching and approach

Based on personal information, Hans prepares a training plan that takes the athlete’s situation and goals into account. There is a weekly evaluation and the plan can be adjusted accordingly.

Practical information

The questionnaire and annual plan are discussed in person at a location chosen by the athlete. Coaching takes place through the TrainingPeaks platform.
