WeerZin Supervisie & Coaching offers supervision, training supervision, peer consultation and school video interaction guidance (SVIB (Dutch school video interaction guidance)) in Zwolle. The support focuses on learning and reflection around work and study questions.

Support

Supervision consists of conversations in which participants bring examples from their work and reflect on their learning question. The programme aims to provide insight into patterns and to try out changes.

Approach

Supervision uses work examples and reflection reports. SVIB consists of an intake, three video recording sessions at the workplace and follow-up conversations in which the recordings are analysed.

• Supervision programme: 10 to 15 conversations of at least 1 hour
• Training supervision programme: 15 conversations of at least 1 hour
• SVIB programme: intake meeting and 3 video sessions
• Peer consultation: regular meetings for a group of 4 to 8 people

Who it’s for

Supervision is mainly intended for people who work with people. Training supervision is for people who want to provide supervision themselves; SVIB is intended for teachers, and peer consultation for self-employed professionals.

About the supervisor

Reijer Jan lives in Zwolle and has a background in (physical education). He worked as a supervisor for the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and Hogeschool Windesheim.

Location and contact

Support takes place in the practice room in Zwolle, at the workplace or somewhere else by arrangement. Remote support via Skype or chat is sometimes possible.
