Assessment & Advice

The intake maps out the request for help, symptoms, factors that maintain them, sources of strength and lifestyle. This is followed by a treatment proposal with work advice in a Goal and Advice Plan (Doel en Adviesplan).

Skils works with employees and self-employed people, employers and referrers. Registration is only possible through an occupational physician, employer or client organisation.

Organisation

Skils was founded in 2005 under the banner of GGZ Rivierduinen and has been an independent unit within the Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk since 2008. Skils employs more than 70 psychologists.
