FamilySupporters Zwijndrecht offers support, treatment and diagnostics to people of all ages. The multidisciplinary team responds to people’s needs and, where necessary, works in the client’s immediate living environment.

Registration

Young people can be referred with a letter from their GP, youth protection services or the youth team. Adults can register with a letter from their GP; this is followed by a telephone introductory appointment.

The team includes psychologists, family coaches, a clinical psychologist, a generalist educationalist and a play therapist.
