About Trainmetzorg

Trainmetzorg offers coaching, support and training in Zutphen. It focuses on body-oriented coaching for adults, support for children and young people, and movement coaching.

Body-oriented coaching

Adults explore patterns, boundaries and tension together with Esmee. Conversations and targeted exercises help them recognise body signals and practise making different choices.

Movement coaching

Personal training and small-group training focus on strength, fitness and enjoyment of movement. Exercises and progression are tailored to goals, abilities and how someone feels that day.

Children and young people

Trainmetzorg offers personal support and kickboxing lessons for children and young people. The support focuses on tension, emotions, boundaries and self-confidence, in coordination with parents.

Approach and quality

Trainmetzorg works in a trauma-sensitive and body-oriented way, with attention to safety, pace and abilities. It works with parents, schools and referrers; support can be privately funded or provided through a suitable PGB (personal budget) indication.
