How it works

A treatment programme consists of at least one intake interview and five follow-up appointments. The number of appointments depends on the individual situation; an introductory meeting with no obligation is available.

• Intake interview: map out the support needed and current lifestyle
• Follow-up consultation: experiential exercises and skills
• Final consultation: a comprehensive assignment to continue with independently

Reimbursement

For 2026, the practice has contracts with every health insurer. Dietetics is reimbursed under the basic health insurance for up to three hours; reimbursement from supplementary insurance depends on the policy.

Practical information

An appointment can be cancelled by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled later or if you do not attend, the consultation costs will be charged; this bill cannot be claimed from the health insurer.
